针对雷达导引头中异形大锥度喇叭结构的加工难题,对慢走丝线切割加工技术进行了研究和攻关,使用PEPS软件对异形大锥度喇叭结构加工过程进行了仿真,为实际加工提供了技术参考;验证了采用慢走丝线切割加工方法,可有效控制加工变形,解决了型号研制生产中的关键技术难题。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming at the processing problem of the largetaper horn structure in the radar seeker, the processing technology of the low-speed WEDM is studied and researched. The PEPS software is used to simulate the process of the special taper horn structure, supporting technological reference for actual processing. The results show that the low-speed WEDM processing methods, can effectively control the processing deformation, and solve the key technical problems of the model development and production. |
