针对航天产品协调特点,分析数字量协调技术在航天产品制造中的应用难点,采用极限法分析数字量协调与模拟量协调并存情况下多种协调方式的多项环节误差,提出了协调孔及测量销工艺容差分配方法,并开展了相关工艺试验,为数字量协调技术在航天产品中的应用提供参考。 |

According to the coordination characteristics of aerospace products, analyze the application difficulties of digital coordination technology in aerospace products manufacturing, apply limit method to analyze a variety of errors within multiple coordination modes of digital coordination and analog coordination, propose a method to distribute process tolerance of coordination holes and measure pins, and carry out a relevant technology test, provide information for digital coordination technology application in aerospace products. |
