Based on zero point positioning system,the automatic shell product line was designed by using automatic equipment, such as 6-axis robot, AGV robot and truss robot. The product line can realize automatic process of feeding parts, mechanical processing, cleaning, testing, data compensation and parts storage, and finally achieved the automatic manufacture of multi varieties and small batch of aerospace products. The automatic product line increases the using ratio of the machine tools and improves the economy benefit of the corporation. It lays the foundation for automatic manufacture of aerospace shell products. |
