采用等离子喷涂技术制备了Al2O3陶瓷涂层,喷涂距离分别为90mm、105mm和120mm。利用XRD、SEM对涂层的微观结构进行了表征,并分析了涂层的力学性能和绝缘性能。结果表明,涂层相结构主要为γ-Al2O3,随喷涂距离的增大,涂层中孔隙率增大,涂层的显微硬度和结合强度性能降低,绝缘性能也降低。 |

Abstract: |
The Al2O3 coatings are prepared by using atmosphere plasma spraying at different spray distances; the distances are 90mm, 105mm and 120mm specula. The coatings’ microstructure is characterized by XRD and SEM, and the mechanical performance and insulation property are analyzed. The results show that the phase of the coatings is mainly γ-Al2O3, the porosity ratio increased with increasing spray distances, the micro hardness and bonding strength decreased, and the insulation property also decreased. |
