针对卫星总装工艺流程复杂多变、采集数据种类多、集成管理要求高等特点,设计了一种卫星总装过程数据采集和管理系统,研究了基于装配流程和要素的数据采集方法、数据记录表格柔性化定制、基于条码和RFID的信息自动采集、数字化装备采集数据在线集成、多源异构采集数据集成管理等关键技术,并介绍了系统实现方法和主要功能。该系统已成功应用于多个卫星型号研制中,应用效果良好。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming at the characteristics of complicated process, large variety of data collection and high requirement of integrated management in satellite assembly, a data collection and management system is designed. Its key techniques have been researched in detail, including the method of data collection based on assembly flow and element, flexible customization of data table, automatic collection of information based on RFID and bar code, on-line integration of equipment acquisition data, integration management of multi-sourced heterogeneous data and so on, then the realization method and main function of the system are introduced. The system has been successfully used in the development of several satellites and good application results are achieved. |
