| 介绍了某球形贮箱隔层结构特点和技术要求，分析了贮箱焊接性和焊接难点，制定了详细的焊接工艺方案，从焊接夹具、焊接工艺、焊接参数等方面详细说明了球形贮箱焊接过程和控制焊缝缺陷及焊接变形的方法，试验结果表明试制的球形贮箱产品的焊接质量符合设计要求, 工艺方案完全适合于隔层结构球形贮箱的焊接加工。 |

| Abstract: |
| The paper introduces the characteristics and technical requirements of interlayser structure of spherical-tank, and analyzes the weldability and welding difficulties of tank. It formulates the welding technology project and explicates the welding process of spherical-tank and the measures to control the defects of welded seams and welding deformation from welding fixture, welding procedure and welding parameters. The results show that the welding quality of the first batch of spherical-tank meets design requirements, and this technology project is completely suitable for welding processing of the interlayser structure spherical-tank. |
