GH2132高温合金螺栓在加工完成后出现了开裂的现象。通过对裂纹的形貌和周边组织观察,以及螺栓的整个加工工艺流程复查,排除了原材料及机械加工环节会造成螺栓开裂的可能。确定了螺栓开裂的原因可能是高温合金钢热处理不充分所致,并通过验证试验证实。在确定螺栓开裂的原因后,制定了高温合金圆钢在热处理过程中的装炉量和装炉方式的预防措施避免此类问题再次发生。 |

Abstract: |
The crack was present in bolt of GH2132 high temperature alloy after processing. In this paper, after studied the crack morphology and surrounding tissue, rechecked the whole processing for the bolt at the same time, the possibility reason might cause the bolt crack occurred for the raw material and machinery processing were excluded. The final reason might be the insufficient heat treatment of the raw material and the result was verified through repeated experiments. After confirmed the root cause for the bolt crack, the charging batch and charging mode within the heat treatment of high temperature alloy was re-made to prevent this defect to happen again. |
