为实现某型号超大直径贮箱筒段壁板内部网格加强筋及外轮廓的卧式径向铣切加工,采用分体组合式结构及真空吸盘减振系统等新型设计方法研制了一种大型壁板铣切工装,结合五轴龙门铣床实现了超大直径贮箱筒段壁板产品加工。结果表明:该工装采用的设计方法有效地控制了加工过程中铣切振动,保证了大型壁板类零件加工精度和加工质量,并且可减少设备研发成本,为后续型号大型制造装备自主研发提供技术参考。 |

To accomplish horizontal radial milling of the inner mesh stiffeners and the external contours of the wallboards which are welded to form tubes of the super-large diameter tank in one launch vehicle, a large-scale fixture is designed by adopting a separated structure and a system of vacuum chuck device. The milling work of the super-large diameter wallboards above has been successfully completed by using this large milling fixture and a five-axis planer milling machine. The results show that the design method of this fixture reduces vibration significantly during the milling process and the machining precision and quality of the super-large diameter wallboards is ensured. In addition, the design method of separated structure for large-scale equipment can reduce development costs obviously, which could provide technical reference to large manufacturing equipment development. |
