利用蔡-吴准则分析了环形气瓶的初始缠绕角,再通过ANSYS有限元计算分析了气瓶金属内衬的整体强度和刚度,并对气瓶增强层的厚度进行了优化设计。最终确定的气瓶增强层的理论缠绕参数包括:增强层的缠绕初始角、缠绕层数、增强层质量和厚度等,为环形气瓶复合纤维增强层的加工提供了缠绕的理论工艺参数,也为类似产品的设计提供了参考。 |

In this paper, the initial winding angle of the annular gas cylinder is analyzed by using CAI-Wu criterion, and then the overall strength and stiffness of the metal lining of the cylinder is analyzed by ANSYS finite element calculation, and the thickness of the reinforcement layer is optimized. Finally, the theoretical winding parameters of the cylinder reinforcement layer are determined, including the initial winding angle of the reinforcement layer, the number of winding layers, the quality and thickness of the reinforcement layer, etc., which provide the theoretical technological parameters of winding for the processing of the annular cylinder composite fiber reinforcement layer and also a reference for the design of similar products. |
