依据“数字化、自动化”等理念和规划,针对宇航电子产品电子装联行业工艺设计存在的问题,并结合其全生命周期研制的特点与要求,从标准规范体系、协同设计、并行工程、DFM技术与软件集成等方面对自动工艺性审查进行分析,在知识驱动下探索一种基于工艺知识库的快速工艺编制方法,初步制定了宇航电子产品工艺设计自动化的规划方案。 |

Abstract: |
According to “digitization and automation” ideas and planning, aiming at the problems existing in the technological design of the electronic assembly industry of aerospace electronic products, and combining the characteristics and requirements of the whole life cycle manufacture, this paper analyses the intelligent technological review from the aspects of standard specification system, intelligent design, concurrent engineering, DFM technology and software intergration. A knowledge-driven method for rapid proess planning based on proess knowledge base is expored, and anintellectualized scheme for technological design of aerospace electronic products is preliminarily made. |
