There are some problems in the processing of complex thin-walled cabins, such as low processing efficiency, difficulty in deformation control, and difficulty in quality consistency. In this paper, by studying the key technologies such as machining technology optimization, low stress clamping technology and stress treatment technology, the reasonable positioning and flexible clamping methods are obtained, and the process flow is optimized. It provides reference and basis for high efficient and high quality processing of complex thin-walled structure cabins. |
