直径10mm的45钢亚温淬火后硬度不均匀,对其硬度、化学成分及显微组织进行分析。结果表明:45钢淬火硬度不均匀的原因是由于淬火时工件相互叠压,影响了工件的冷却速度,导致亚温淬火后的显微组织中除马氏体外还出现大量的块状铁素体、屈氏体和索氏体。 |

Abstract: |
The hardness, chemical composition and microstructure of 45 steel with diameter of 10mm were analyzed on uneven intercritical quenching hardness. The results show that the uneven hardness of 45 steel is due to the superposition of workpieces during intercritical quenching, which affects the cooling rate of the orkpiece, resulting in the appearance of massive ferrite, troosite,and sorbite in the microstructure after intercritical quenching besides martensite. |
