提出了一种基于计算机视觉的连接器插针质量检测方法。该方法利用高分辨率工业相机和成像系统对被测电连接器插针进行摄像,经图像预处理、插针特征点提取、坐标点配准和模板比对等处理后,根据比对结果对插针进行合格性判定。搭建了一套影像测量系统,经实验验证,结果表明该方法基本实现了对航天连接器插针的自动化检测,合格性判定成功超过98.67%,基本满足了应用要求。 |

This paper proposes a computer vision-based method to detect connector pin. This method uses a high-resolution industrial camera and imaging system to take a picture of the tested electrical connector as test sample. After image preprocessing, pin feature point extraction, coordinate point registration and template comparison, etc., test sample would be compared with template in order to realize qualification judgment. A set of image measurement system was built to verify the method. The results show that the method can basically realize the automatic detection of aerospace connector pins, and the eligibility judgment successfully exceeds 98.67%, which basically meets the application requirements. |
