针对高硅氧纤维/酚醛复合材料防热方块在传统加工过程中出现的产品掉渣、崩块等问题提出了一种新的工艺方法,通过设计合理的组合工装,改善产品装夹方式,避免了产品加工过程中出现明显的应力集中,有效解决了产品表观质量问题,有利于该类产品生产效率的提高。 |

Abstract: |
In order to solve the problems such as drop piece and dregs of high-silica glass fabric/phenolic materials exothermic blocks during the traditional processing, this paper introduces a kind of new process method. By designing reasonable modular tooling and improving product clamping way, it avoided the obvious stress concentration during the processing and effectively solved the apparent quality problems. It is beneficial to improve the production efficiency of this kind of products. |
