针对目前国内外星载可动天线主要采用两个正交旋转副作为指向机构,无法满足星间链路天线方位向360°连续旋转扫描的需求;同时传统星载可动天线还存在收拢态包络尺寸过大,运载火箭主动段力学响应过大的问题,提出了新型星载可动天线结构方案。该方案能够实现天线方位轴的无限连续旋转扫描;同时馈源可实现高精度收拢展开;馈源收拢时天线包络扁平,能够充分适应卫星侧板与运载火箭内包络之间狭小的安装环境,且力学响应小。阐述了一种新型天线的系统组成、结构设计及工作机理,通过对天线进行有限元力学仿真和实物试验,验证了这种新型天线设计的可行性和合理性。 |

Abstract: |
At present, two orthogonal rotating pairs are mainly used as pointing mechanism for the steerable antenna in satellite, which cannot meet the requirements of the inter-satellite link antenna rotating 360°along the azimuth axis infinitely. At the same time, the traditional steerable antenna in satellite also has the problems of too large folded envelope sizes and too large mechanical response in rocket’s powered flight process. Base on the above situation, a novel structure scheme of satellite steerable antenna is proposed. The scheme can rotate and scan continuously on the azimuth direction infinitely; at the same time, the feed can be folded and expanded with high precision, and the outer envelope of the antenna is relatively flat when the feet is retracted, which can fully adapt to the narrow installation environment between the satellite side plate and the inner envelope of the carrier rocket. The system composition, structure design and working mechanism of the novel antenna are described in detail, and the feasibility and rationality of the novel antenna structure are verified by finite element mechanics simulation and physical mechanical test. |
