针对某气控先导式电磁阀的气控副阀在装配试验和性能试验过程中吸合响应时间存在明显差异的问题,建立气控副阀和试验系统的等效电路模型,并进行了理论计算和仿真分析,最终得出:性能试验过程中气控副阀响应时间与装配试验存在差异的原因是,在性能试验过程中测试电压补偿方式不当。通过对比研究试验系统等效电路模型,提出了一种测试电压补偿方法,采用新方法后,气控副阀在性能试验过程中的吸合响应时间与装配试验一致,差异性得以消除。 |

Research on Voltage Compensation of Gas Driven Auxiliary-valve Test under Different Test Conditions |

Abstract: |
This article compared “pull in” response time of the same gas driven auxiliary-valve under different test conditions as the laboratory rated conditions and performance test conditions. The “pull in” response time under the performance test conditions differs from the rated conditions significantly. This difference makes the test results lose effectiveness. Two equivalent circuit models are established to analyze the difference. The article progressed analysis, calculation and Ansoft simulation, and discovered that the difference of the “pull in” response time is caused by the wrong voltage compensation method which is used under the performance test. To correct the compensation method, more research and comparation work is conducted. Finally a voltage compensation method is developed to keep the auxiliary-valve’s “pull in” response being the same under different test conditions. The new method improves the performance test system, and the test result validates this article’s theory. |
