针对AIS天线工作频率低,天线尺寸较大,无法满足微小卫星发射平台,设计了一种新型高收纳率轻型可展开AIS八木天线。通过引入自回弹-自锁定柔性材料、新型电阻丝熔断器、固定可展开抱箍、自锁定展开装置等,实现天线的收拢、固定、释放、展开、锁定一体化设计。本方案具有结构紧凑、质量轻、收纳率高、收拢体积小、成本低等优点,有效减小了发射包络和发射成本,在宇航领域尤其是小型化搭载平台具有广泛的应用前景。 |

Abstract: |
AIS antennas operate at very high frequency (VHF) often require large dimensions, which is incompatible with microsatellite launch platform. This paper introduces a lightweight and high space compression ratio structure of a deployable AIS Yagi antenna for microsatellite system. The design utilized self-rebounding and self-locking flexible materials, resistance fuse, deployable fixed hoop, self-locking unfolding device, etc. The design developed a novel approach for an integrated, lightweight, high space compression ratio, small launch size and low cost antenna, whose structure can fix, release, unfold and lock, which effectively reduced the launch envelope and launch cost. Furthermore, the design will present a wide aerospace application prospect, especially in microsatellite systems. |
