针对多段深圆筒深圆锥组合面旋转体壳体零件壁厚小、高度直径比大、对旋压加工工艺要求较高,对此类零件的多道次旋压加工过程进行了详细的工艺方案与工艺流程设计。以控制旋压过程中坯料的起皱开裂现象为优化目标,采用理论分析、数值仿真、实验三者相结合的方式,探索了主轴转速、进给量、旋压轨迹等工艺参数对旋压后工件起皱开裂的影响,并给出了优化取值。按照优化后的工艺参数进行了实验验证,实验结果表明,此工艺方法使旋后工件起皱开裂现象得到了明显改善,产品合格率显著提高。 |

Abstract: |
The shell belongs to the rotating body part combined with multi-section deep cylinders and deep cones , which is mainly used as a coating of micro-jet. The shell has a small wall-thickness and a big ratio of the height to the diameter, which requires high level use of the spinning procedure. In this paper, the procedure scheme design and process design of the multiple spinning manufacturing process are detailed. Taking it as the optimization objective which to control wrinkle and cracking phenomenon of the blank, the effects of the process parameters of the main shaft speed, the amount of feed and the spinning trajectory are studied by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experiment, and the optimization value is given. According to the experimental results of the optimized process parameters, the experimental results show that, based on the spinning procedure given in this paper, the phenomenon of the wrinkle and cracking of the work piece is significantly reduced, and the product qualification rate is significantly improved. |
