为进一步提高整体箱底服役可靠性,箱底法兰采用翻孔结构。以2219铝合金整体箱底翻孔为目标,开展T6态2219铝合金室温下翻孔成形极限实验,分析T6态下翻孔精度分布规律。开展整体箱底热翻孔成形实验,获得整底翻孔成形工艺窗口。研究结果表明:常温下T6态极限翻边系数为0.70。当整箱底翻边系数为0.66,热翻孔的温度<250℃时,始终存在开裂缺陷;当温度为250℃和270℃时,开裂缺陷消除。 |

To further improve the service reliability of the whole bottom, flanging hole structure is adopted to the bottom flange of the whole bottom. To flange hole at the whole bottom of the 2219 aluminum alloy boxes, the flanging limit experiment of 2219 aluminum alloy box in T6 condition was carried out at room temperature, and forming accuracy distribution law of flanging hole in T6 condition was analyzed. Then, hot hole forming experiment of the whole bottom was carried out, and hole forming process window of the whole bottom was obtained. The research results show that the limit flanging coefficient of T6 state at room temperature is 0.70. When the bottom flanging factor of the whole bottom is 0.66, and the temperature of the hot flanging hole is less than 250°C, cracking defects always exist; when the temperature is 250℃ and 270℃, the cracking defects are eliminated. |
