阐述了基于手持激光扫描检测系统开展某型号运载火箭增压输送系统波纹管轴向、径向变形量的测量研究。经对比实验分析,优选了曝光参数6ms、标记点间距50~60mm为波纹管扫描测量参数,并提出抽取特征时点云数应接近上限的要求。经评定,测量不确定度均低于0.2mm,满足运载火箭的总装质量需求,相比传统测量方法,其数据全面性及精度均得到较大提高。 |

A study on the measurement of axial and radial deformation of bellows of a type of launch vehicle booster delivery system based on a handheld laser scanning inspection system is described. After comparative experimental analysis, the exposure parameter of 6ms and the marker point spacing of 50~60mm are preferably selected as the bellows scanning measurement parameters, and the requirement that the number of point clouds should be close to the upper limit when extracting features is proposed. After evaluation, the measurement uncertainties are all lower than 0.2mm, which meet the requirements of the assembly quality of launch vehicles, and the data comprehensiveness and accuracy are greatly improved compared with the traditional measurement methods. |
