系统阐述了航天产品检验过程数字化实现现状及检验过程数字化实现的难点,并针对难点提出了具体的改进方案。从三维模型、二维图纸和工艺文件三个方面实现了检测要素的获取,并针对通用量具、专测仪器和定性判断尺寸分别设计了测量数据的数字化采集方式,为航天产品检验过程的数字化实现提供了新的方案。 |

This paper systematically expounds the current situation of digital realization of aerospace product inspection process and the difficulties of digital realization of inspection process, and puts forward specific improvement schemes for the difficulties. The acquisition of detection elements is realized from three aspects: 3D model, 2D drawing and process file. Different digital acquisition methods of measurement data are designed for general measuring tools, special measuring instruments and qualitative judgment dimensions, which provides a new scheme for the digital realization of aerospace product inspection process. |
