| 分别将碳纤维复合材料管材废料和碳纤维编织布废料作为摩擦材料的组分之一,采用干法热压成型工艺制备了树脂基摩擦材料。试验研究了管材废料及编织布废料含量对材料的冲击韧性和摩擦磨损性能的影响,利用SEM观察分析了摩擦表面的摩擦膜形貌特征。结果表明:添加碳纤维废弃料提高摩擦材料的冲击强度,适量的碳纤维废弃料可以提高材料的摩擦稳定性,添加碳纤维废弃料有利于降低摩擦材料的磨损率,适量的碳纤维废弃料有益于促进形成较大面积的摩擦膜块;添加6%碳纤维复合材料管材废料或8%碳纤维编织布废料所制备的摩擦材料,表现出较好的综合性能。 |

| This paper researches on the preparation of friction materials containing carbon fiber composite wastes. Adding the carbon fiber tube waste and carbon fiber woven cloth waste as one of the components respectively, the resin-based friction materials were prepared by a dry hot pressing molding process. The effects of the content of two kinds of wastes on the impact toughness and friction properties of the material were tested, and the morphological characteristics of the friction film on the friction surface were analyzed by SEM. The results show that adding carbon fiber waste can improve the impact strength and reduce the wear rate of the friction material. An appropriate amount of carbon fiber waste can improve the friction stability of the material and is beneficial to promote the formation of the larger friction film block. Adding 6% carbon fiber composite tube waste or 8% carbon fiber woven cloth waste shows advantageous properties. |
