针对某星载Ka频段相控阵天线高热流密度、小体积、轻质量的结构设计要求,提出一种无缆化盲插互连结构一体化设计方案。采用多种热环控措施,并运用数值分析软件对相控阵天线温度场进行分析,解决相控阵天线高热流密度导致的散热难题。最后,通过热平衡实验验证,该结构设计方案组件安装表面最高温度小于55℃,且满足天线单轨工作28min的使用性能要求。 |

Abstract: |
In view of the problem of small space volume and light weight of spaceborne phased array antenna, a variety of thermal control measures are adopted to solve the problems of high heat flux and difficult heat dissipation, and the temperature distribution of antenna array is analyzed by numerical analysis software. Finally, the experimental results show that the structure can effectively reduce the maximum temperature of the module to below 55℃, and meet the performance requirements of the antenna monorail operation for 28min. It is verified that the structure design of the antenna is reasonable. |
