为开发第二代高性能5m级2219铝合金锻环产品,并解决材料利用率低与生产周期长的问题,开展了工艺优化与工程化试制工作。通过510℃高温多向锻造开坯、240~260℃控温轧制成形等优化措施,使锻件晶粒细化至100~200μm,抗拉强度提高48MPa以上、屈服强度提高44MPa以上,轴、径、切三向延伸率分别达到6%、8%、6%以上,实现了力学性能及其一致性水品的大幅提高,达到第二代锻环的性能要求。通过开发单面分步冲孔工艺与优化环坯结构等措施,使冷料加热次数由3次减少至1次、生产工序由16个缩减为11个,将材料利用率由61.8%提高至84.6%,实现了锻造过程的连续生产,生产周期大幅缩减。 |

In order to develop the second generation of 5m 2219 aluminum alloy forging ring products with high performance, and solve the problems of low material utilization rate and long production cycle, the process improvement and engineering trial production were studied. By adopting the improvement measures such as multi-direction forging at 510℃ and temperature controlled rolling at 240~260℃, the grain of forgings is refined to 100~200μm, the tensile strength is increased by 48MPa, the yield strength is increased by 44MPa, the axial, radial and tangential elongation have reached 6%, 8% and 6%, and the mechanical properties and consistency level have been greatly improved, which can meet the requirements of the second generation forging ring. By adopting the improvement measures such as single side piercing process with two step and optimizing the ring billet structure, the number of heating process is reduced from 3 to 1, and the number of production procedures is reduced from 16 to 11, as a result, the material utilization rate is increased from 61.8% to 84.6%, the continuous production of forging process is realized and the production cycle is greatly reduced. |
