综合采用了光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及维氏硬计等方法,研究了2195铝锂合金经不同固溶和时效处理后的组织及性能变化规律,研究结果表明:随着固溶温度的提高,合金组织中未溶相数量减少,硬度先增加后降低。2195铝锂合金适宜的固溶制度和时效制度分别为:510℃/1h,170℃/24h。经过固溶(510℃/1h)+时效(170℃/24h)处理后的最优抗拉强度为589MPa,延伸率为11%。 |

Abstract: |
The microstructure and properties of 2195 Al-Li alloy with different solution and aging treatments were studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and Vickers hardness meter. The results show that with the increase of solution temperature, the number of undissolved phases in the alloy microstructure decreases, and the hardness increases first and then decreases. The suitable solution and aging regimes for 2195 Al-Li alloy are 510℃/1h and 170℃/24h respectively. After solution (510℃/1h) + aging (170℃/24h), the tensile strength is 589MPa and elongation is 11%. |
