针对某型号产品泵水力试验过程中弹性测功轴从测扭段根部断裂的情况,通过失效检测确定了断裂的基本方向,并通过故障数据分析及有限元仿真确定了断裂原因,即试验过程中该轴与水试轴花键脱开导致二者端面偏磨,进而使弹性测功轴受过大弯矩断裂。为后续弹性测功轴的改进及高速转子旋转规律的研究奠定了基础。 |

According to the fracture of the elastic dynamometer shaft from the root of the torsion section in the hydraulic test of a certain type of pump, the basic situation of the fracture is determined through failure detection, and the fracture reason is determined through fault data analysis and finite element simulation, that is, the spline of the shaft and the hydraulic test shaft is separated during the test, resulting in the eccentric wear of their end faces, and then the elastic dynamometer shaft is broken under large bending moment. The fault analysis of this paper lays a foundation for the subsequent improvement of elastic dynamometer shaft and the study of high-speed rotor rotation law. |
