通过设计制作专用真空吸盘,改进了导热片零件加工时的装夹方式,将导热片零件轮廓直接数控加工到位,该方法解决了导热片零件在剔除工艺薄边环节存在的工作量大、易导致零件塑性变形等难题,使零件的生产效率和加工质量得到了提升,适用于导热片零件的批量生产。 |

This paper improves the clamping method during the machining of sheet parts for heat conduction by designing and manufacturing a special vacuum chuck, directly CNC machines the part contour to the design size. This method solves the difficult problems in the process of removing the thin edges such as heavy workload and plastic deformation of parts, improves the production efficiency and processing quality of the parts, and applies to lot production of sheet parts for heat conduction. |
