介绍了嫦娥五号着陆缓冲机构的构成、关键部件以及整机装配方法。通过选取高精度装配基准,设计专用加载保持力装配工装,解决波纹管装配弱刚性、稳定性差问题,实现主支柱波纹管和铝蜂窝高精度装配;采用大尺寸弹簧径向对正装配方法,解决多功能辅助支柱展开时卡滞、阻力大等难题;合理制定集成装配工艺路线,优化装配路径,实现缓冲机构整机的高可靠支撑、高精度锁定与展开。 |

This paper introduces the composition of landing gear of chang’e -5 Lunar Explorer, the precise assembly method of key components, and the precise assembly method of whole machine. By selecting high-precision assembly datum and designing special assembly tools for loading and holding force, the problems of weak rigidity and poor stability of bellows are solved and the high-precision assembly of main pillar bellows and aluminum honeycomb are realized. Through the radial alignment assembly method of large size spring, the problems of stagnation and large resistance in the expansion of multifunctional auxiliary pillar were solved. By reasonably formulating the integrated assembly process route and optimizing the assembly path, the high-precision locking and unfolding of the landing gear are realized. |
