某固体火箭发动机在振动试验过程中,吊耳根部导弧处发生了断裂失效现象,利用化学成分分析、硬度分析、显微组织分析、断口分析等方法分析吊耳裂纹。结果表明:吊耳的断裂形式是疲劳断裂,吊耳根部导弧处的刀痕是导致吊耳发生疲劳断裂的主要原因。在振动试验过程中,应力集中加速裂纹向不同方向的扩展,形成了宏观断裂失效。 |

Abstract: |
During the vibration test of a solid rocket motor, the fracture failure phenomenon occurred at the guide arc of the root of the lifting lug. The chemical composition analysis, hardness analysis, microstructure analysis, and fracture analysis were used to analyze the underlying mechanisms of lifting lug crack. The results show that the fracture of the lifting lug is a fatigue fracture, and the knife mark at the guide arc at the root of the lifting lug is the main reason for the fatigue fracture. During the vibration test, the stress concentration accelerated the propagation of cracks in different directions, which eventually led to macroscopic fracture failure. |
