针对航天发动机钢套与推力室搭接角接头焊接问题,开展了GH4169与纯镍异种材料TIG焊搭接角接头的焊接工艺试验,分析了不同焊接参数对接头成形质量及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:搭接角接头外观质量良好,GH4169侧熔合较好,镍侧熔深较浅。焊接电流主要影响镍侧熔深,焊接速度主要影响镍侧熔宽、焊缝截面尺寸及接头力学性能。接头强度与镍侧熔宽线性相关,强度较低时拉伸试样断裂于焊缝内部,强度较高时断裂于晶粒粗化的镍侧热影响区。分析得到了拉伸力与焊接电流、焊接速度、送丝速度的关系式,总结了满足接头成形及性能良好的焊接参数条件域。 |

To solve the welding problem of lap joints of steel sleeve and thrust chamber of aerospace engine, the TIG welding process of lap joints of GH4169/Nickel dissimilar materials was carried out. The effects of different welding parameters on the forming quality and mechanical properties of the joints were analyzed. The results show that the appearance quality of the lap joint is good. The GH4169 side is well fused while the penetration of the nickel side is shallow. The welding current mainly affects the penetration of the nickel side, and the welding speed mainly affects the weld width of the nickel side, the weld cross section size and mechanical properties of the joint. The joint strength is linearly related to the weld width of the nickel side. The tensile specimen is fractured in the weld at low strength and in the HAZ of the coarsened nickel side at high strength. The relationship between the maximum tensile force and welding current, welding speed and wire feeding speed was obtained, and the condition field of welding parameters satisfying good joint forming and properties was summarized. |
