为满足相控阵雷达同时具有搜索和跟踪多功能要求,本文将模块化思想应用到相控阵雷达天线阵面结构设计中,将传统相控阵雷达射频收发前端集成设计,实现TR组件、电源和激励器的有源子阵集成。利用有源子阵单元间隙设计一种隐藏式走线盒,结合盲插互联技术,解决微波收发通道信号互联与天线多波束馈网设计问题。为满足相控阵雷达天线热控设计的要求,采用内外循环隔离的强迫风冷换热技术,为组件、前级和电源等热源提供可靠工作环境,这是国内首部采用风风换热技术的相控阵雷达。 |

Abstract: |
In order to meet the requirements that phased array radar has multiple functions of search and tracking at the same time. In this paper, the modularization idea will be applied to the design of phased array radar antenna array structure. Transceiver RF Front-Part of phased array radar is been integrated, which realized the integration of TR module, power supply and exciter. A hidden box is designed between the gap of subarray. When combine with the blind-mating technology, it can help to solve the problem of the signal interconnection of microwave transceiver channel and the design of antenna multi beam feed network. In order to meet the design requirements of the thermal control applied on phased array radar, the forced air cooling heat exchange technology with internal and external circulation isolation is adopted. This technology provides a reliable working environment for heat sources, such as TR module, prime amplifier and power supply, etc. This is the first phased array radar in China which used the air to air heat exchange technology to dissipate heat. |
