针对型号研制生产对工艺设计提出准确、高效、规范的相应要求,开展了面向航天复杂产品和多专业的精益工艺设计研究,通过对精益工艺设计的概念研究,提出了精益工艺设计工作模式,从制度约束、软件平台建设、基础支撑三个方面构建以数据结构化为核心的精益工艺设计体系,通过分析工艺规程的内容组成及工艺设计过程,形成基于知识的结构化工艺设计能力,并对研究结果进行了实践验证。 |

Abstract: |
The research is based on the requirements of product development for accuracy, high efficiency, process specification of process design. The concept of lean process design for aerospace production and multi-specialty, and the working mode is studied. It is proposed to build the lean process design system with data constructing from institutional constraints, software platform and base support module. According to analyzing the content of process file and the management of process design, the proposed approach is verified and can enhance the capability of process design based on structured knowledge. |
