为了制造合格的大型复合材料筒体,进行了筒体成型模具的设计。模具由芯模壳体、端轴、传动轴、尾座转接轴组成。本文重点讲述了芯模壳体的设计,芯模壳体采用铝板蒙皮加筋的结构。通过对芯模壳体几个对挠度有影响的参数优化,使其满足复合材料筒体设计要求。模具实际使用结果表明,该模具满足复合材料筒体的生产需求。 |

The design of a large-scale composite cylinder forming mold were proposed in this research in order to obtain qualified cylinder products. The composite cylinder forming mold was designed as a structure consisting of mandrel shell, end shaft, transmission shaft, tailstock shaft. This paper focuses on the design of mandrel shell,which is made of aluminium skin and rib. By optimizing several parameters of mandrel shell which have influence on deflection, it can meet the design requirement of composite cylinder. The practical application of the mold shows that it meets the production demand of the composite cylinder. |
