本文从航天产品典型操作质量问题入手,查找了当前控制的薄弱环节,提出开展通用控制要素建立。结合薄弱环节,建立了人、机、料、法、环、测六大基本控制要素和以螺纹紧固力矩施加、多余物防控、非正常(突发)过程等为代表的八大典型环节控制要素;并针对各项要素,从设计、工艺及操作维度提出了通用控制要求。同时,聚焦后续操作质量控制提出了三方面的发展方向,包括开展基于问题的控制准则知识库建设、开展三维模装仿真技术的应用、开展面向制造与装配的设计方法的应用。通过通用控制要素及发展方向研究可为进一步提高产品操作质量提供技术支撑。 |

This paper starts with the typical operation quality problems of aerospace products, finds out the weak links of current control, and proposes to establish general control elements. Combined with the weak links, six basic control elements of human, machine, material, method, environment and measurement are established, in addition, eight typical link control elements are established, which are represented by torque application process, excess material prevention and control, abnormal (sudden) process, etc. For each control element, general control requirements are proposed from design, process and operation dimensions. At the same time, focusing on the follow-up operation quality control, three development directions are proposed, including the construction of the knowledge base of control criteria, the application of 3D modeling and simulation technology, and the application of methods which is designed for manufacturing and assembly. The research on general control elements and development direction can provide technical support to further improving product operation quality. |
