使用ABAQUS有限元软件结合内聚力模型(CZM)建立了SiCf/TC17复合材料模型,研究了热残余应力场在复合材料的分布规律以及热残余应力对复合材料纵横向拉伸的影响。分析了纵向拉伸过程中基体屈服对复合材料的影响以及热残余应力对复合材料性能的影响。分析了复合材料横向拉伸的失效机制,以及等效应力在基体中的再分配,发现界面径向压应力能够减缓界面的脱粘。 |

A model with Cohesive model(CZM) is created by ABAQUS to investigate the distribution of thermal residual stress field and the effect of residual stress on the longitudinal and transverse tensile properties for SiCf/TC17 composite. The effect of matrix yield during longitude tension of composite and the effect of thermal residual stress on the properties of composites were analyzed. Transverse tensile failure mechanism of composite and the redistribution of equivalent stress in the matrix were analyzed, It is found that the radial compressive stress at the interface can slow down the interfacial debonding. |
