本文针对镁合金粘结剂喷射3D打印技术的发展现状,对比介绍了两篇有关粘结剂喷射制造镁合金的报道。通过对比可知,微波烧结的致密化过程与传统烧结过程明显不同,在不同烧结机理的控制下,微波烧结过程比传统烧结过程加速了三倍。不同烧结方式对材料的相对密度有显著影响,进而影响材料的力学性能。最后就金属粘结剂喷射3D打印面临的问题进行了简要总结,并对镁合金粘结剂喷射3D打印技术未来的发展方向给出了几点建议。 |

In this paper, according to the development status of binder jetting printing technology of magnesium alloy, two reports on magnesium alloy manufacturing by binder jetting printing are mainly compared and introduced. By comparison, the densification process of microwave sintering is obviously different from the traditional sintering process. Under the control of different sintering mechanisms, the microwave sintering process is three times faster than the traditional sintering process. Different sintering methods have significant effects on the relative density of materials, and then affect the mechanical properties. Finally, this paper briefly summarizes the problems faced by 3D printing with metal binder jetting printing, and gives some suggestions on the future development direction of binder jetting printing of magnesium alloys. |
