面向航天装备制造领域首件制造即定型的发展需求,对目前机械加工、增材制造、焊接、热处理、装配等多个专业工艺仿真存在的仿真技术难点进行了解剖和分析,提出了“1+2+3+4+N”的工艺仿真中心总体建设方案,分别从工艺仿真中心组织架构、工艺仿真体系建设、仿真驱动的工艺设计流程和工艺仿真发展路线等四个方面探讨了工艺仿真技术在航天制造领域的应用和发展思路,形成了面向首件制造即定型的工艺仿真中心建设方法和运行模式,对推动企业工艺仿真技术水平的提升具有深刻的意义。 |

Combined with the development needs of that the product is determined from the first piece of manufacturing, in the paper, the simulation technical difficulties are analyzed in the current process simulation of machining, additive manufacturing, welding, heat treatment, assembly and other subjects. “1+2+3+4+N” overall construction plan of process simulation center has been proposed. The application and development ideas of process simulation technology in aerospace manufacturing field from several aspects, such as the organization structure of process simulation center, process simulation system construction, process design flow driven by simulation and process simulation development route are discussed. The construction method and operation mode of the process simulation center oriented to the finalization of the first manufacturing are formed which has profound significance to promote the technological level of enterprise process simulation. |
