对超高强度钢35CrMnSiA进行调质处理,研究回火温度对35CrMnSiA钢组织性能的影响规律。对调质态35CrMnSiA钢开展三道次旋压成形试验,研究不同去应力退火温度对旋压态组织性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:35CrMnSiA钢在890℃/1h油淬+560℃/3h空冷调质处理后进行总减薄率为80%的三道次旋压成形,当去应力退火制度为300℃/2h空冷时,35CrMnSiA钢力学性能最佳,其抗拉强度为1446MPa,延伸率为11.5%。 |

The ultra-high strength steel 35CrMnSiA was treated by quenched and tempered technology, the influence of tempering temperature on microstructure and properties of 35CrMnSiA steel was studied. The effect of different stress removal annealing temperatures on the microstructure and properties of quenched and tempered 35CrMnSiA steel by three times spinning experiments was studied. The 35CrMnSiA steel is subjected to three-pass spinning with a total thinning rate of 80% after 890℃/1h oil quenching + 560℃/3h air cooling treatment. The results show that 35CrMnSiA steel has the best mechanical properties, its tensile strength is 1446MPa, and its elongation is 11.5% when the stress relief annealing system is 300℃/2h air cooling. |
