针对我国运载火箭常态化、高强密度发射形势下贮箱快速、小批量研制需求,以全面提升贮箱结构产品数字化检测能力为目标,结合贮箱小口径和大长径比结构特点,设计了以细长悬臂梁及探测器展开机构导轨为核心的运载火箭贮箱环缝射线数字成像检测装备;经验证,检测图像质量满足GB/T 3323.2—2019技术等级A级要求,较传统射线照相检测检测效率提升8倍。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming at the needs of rapid and small batch development of tanks under the situation of normalized high density launch of China’s launch vehicles, with the goal of comprehensively improving the digital detection capability of tank structure products, and combined the structural characteristics of different parts of the tank, two sets of X-ray digital imaging detection systems have been customized and developed. The detection image quality meets the requirements of technical grade A of GB/T 3323.2—2019, and the detection efficiency has been increased by more than five times. It has realized the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of the man weld of the tank structure from film radiography to digital radiography test. |
