综合采用了光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及万能拉伸试验机等方法,研究了不同Ce含量对2195合金组织及性能的影响。研究结果表明:在2195铝锂合金中添加0.2%含量的Ce能显著细化铸态组织晶粒,添加Ce含量过多会导致组织晶粒粗化;添加0.2%Ce能保证合金强度不发生明显变化,并显著提高合金塑性。 |

The effects of Ce content on microstructure and properties of 2195 alloy were investigated by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and universal tensile testing machine. The results show that adding 0.2% Ce content in 2195 Al-Li alloy can significantly refine the as-cast microstructure grains, and adding too much or too little Ce content can lead to coarsening of microstructure grains. The addition of 0.2% Ce can ensure that the strength of the alloy does not change obviously and improve the plasticity of the alloy significantly. |
