在三维产品设计中,通过定义设计要素和关键尺寸为工艺设计提供准确依据。现有工艺手段和方法对MBD信息使用和承接存在不足,主要依靠人工识别进行承接,导致存在工作效率低下,并且企业普遍缺乏知识存储和积累平台,致工艺稳定性难以控制。为解决这些问题,本文利用成组技术将工艺知识分类与MBD技术结合并服务于工艺详细设计,通过标签式的管理为产品匹配对应的工艺/制造方法,建立完整的知识库,存储基于成组技术分类的工艺知识和制造方法,以实现快速匹配产品制造方法。从而提升制造企业工艺稳定性,提高产品质量和市场竞争力,推动航空制造业数字化和智能化转型。 |

In three-dimensional product design, defining design elements and key dimensions provides accurate basis for process design. However, the existing process means and methods have shortcomings in the use and transfer of MBD information, relying mainly on manual recognition and transfer, resulting in low work efficiency. Furthermore, enterprises generally lack a knowledge storage and accumulation platform, making it difficult to control process stability. In order to solve these problems, this article uses grouping technology to classify process knowledge and combines it with MBD technology to serve detailed process design. Through tag-based management, product matching with corresponding process/manufacturing requirements is achieved, establishing a complete knowledge base that stores process knowledge and manufacturing assembly methods based on grouping technology classification. This approach enables rapid matching of product manufacturing methods, thereby enhancing the process stability of manufacturing enterprises, improving product quality and market competitiveness, and promoting the digitalization and intelligent transformation of the aviation manufacturing industry. |
