产线设计与优化是提高制造企业产能、实现产品降本增效的关键技术,针对大型筒类薄壁件多品种小批量的特点,为实现各类薄壁件高效高质加工,并使产线针对特定工况进行快速响应,提出基于产能平衡的设备替代、设计机外预调工作站、工艺优化的方案,并通过建模及仿真的手段对多品种大型筒类薄壁件智能生产线进行验证,满足设备平衡率达80%的设计要求,成本降低1800余万元。 |

The design and optimization of production line is the key technology to increase the production capacity and reduce cost and improve the efficiency , according to the characteristics of large cylinder thin-walled multi-varieties small batch, in order to realize all kinds of thin-walled high quality processing, and make the production line for specific conditions for rapid response, people mainly through modeling and simulation means for large cylinder thin-walled intelligent production line to design and optimization, meet the design requirements of equipment balance rate of 80%. |
