| 热固性树脂固化后具有尺寸稳定性好、刚性大、耐腐蚀、耐磨等优异特性,广泛用于航空航天、国
防军事、电子电气和建筑交通等领域。黏度可控调节是优化热固性树脂加工成型工艺性、改良热固性树脂固化
物性能的重要手段。本文综述了热固性树脂黏度调控的研究进展,重点阐述了加入增稠剂、加入稀释剂、树脂
改性、填料改性、共聚改性和调控预聚程度等黏度调控方法,以及改性后树脂的黏度变化情况,并展望了该技
术的发展趋势。 |

| Abstract: |
| The cured thermosets exhibit excellent properties such as good dimensional stability, rigidity, corrosion
resistance and wear resistance, which are widely used in aerospace, national defense military, electronic and electrical
field, as well as construction and transportation. Controllable viscosity adjustment serves as a crucial means to optimize
the processing and enhance the performance of the cured thermosetting resins. This paper reviews the research progress
in viscosity regulation of thermosetting resins, focusing on typical methods such as adding thickener, adding diluent,
resin modification, filler modification, copolymerization modification and adjusting the degree of pre-polymerization.
The change of viscosity of modified thermosets is also discussed, and the development trend of this process is
prospected |
