| 本文提出了一种基于热塑性树脂薄膜带材的空间管材卷绕成型方法,并针对卷绕制备管材装置展开
设计与试验研究。通过理论分析、结构设计与仿真分析,验证了装置的在轨可行性。从弹性杆截面刚度理论出
发,对杆件力学性能进行等效计算,利用ANSYS对圆管截面成型进行静力学分析,设计了适用于卷绕成型的模
具结构;基于薄壳理论,建立了薄膜带材的等效模型与卷绕刚度理论模型,分析卷绕薄壁圆管的力学特点,并
通过两参数模型计算圆截面管件的关键参数;通过ABAQUS搭建有限元模型,对卷绕成型过程进行动力学仿真
分析;设计并开发了一套多模块集成的卷绕成型装置原理样机 |

| This paper presents a space tube winding forming method based on thermoplastic resin film tapes and
conducts design and experimental research on the winding fabrication device. Through theoretical analysis, structural
design, and simulation analysis, the feasibility of the device for on-orbit application is verified. Starting from the
sectional stiffness theory of elastic rods, the mechanical performance of the components is equivalently calculated.
Static analysis of the circular tube section forming is performed using ANSYS, and a mold structure suitable for winding
forming is designed. Based on thin-shell theory, an equivalent model of the film tapes and a stiffness theoretical model
for winding are established. The mechanical characteristics of wound thin-walled circular tubes are analyzed, and the
key parameters of circular tube sections are calculated using a two-parameter model. A finite element model of the
winding forming process is developed using ABAQUS to perform dynamic simulation analysis. A principle prototype of
a multi-module integrated winding forming device has been designed and developed |
