| 分析了喷嘴扩口时裂纹产生的机理，研究了返修缺陷的工艺方法。通过对模拟件的试验分析，结果表明，采用钎焊、手工氩弧焊两种焊接方法补焊裂纹，能够满足产品设计要求，可以用于喷嘴扩口缺陷的返修。 |

| This paper discusses the mechanism of welding cracks produced by muzzle enlarging and studies the repairing technological methods. Test of simulating parts is analyzed. The results indicate that repairing the welding cracks by using braze welding and handwork argon arc welding can fulfill the design requirements. |
