针对电火花加工(Electronic Discharge Machining,简称EDM)数控系统(Computer Numerical Control,简称CNC)的驱动控制,利用I/O内存作为外部设备的驱动方式。采用内存映射法创建外部设备的驱动模式。通过将电机及其相应的运动轴视为一个整体,构建抽象对象,开发伺服系统的驱动,并完成了相关服务的实现。研究了电火花加工数控机床专用外部设备的具体驱动方式。 |

Abstract: |
According to the drive control of EDM CNC system, the driver mode of external devices is built with I/O memory. Memory mapping method is adopted to construct the drivers of external devices. Combining motor and axis, abstract object method has been advanced to develop the drivers and other relating services. The driving methods of pulse power system, working liquid circulation system, detecting system and control box system have been established. |
