从企业PDM系统建设基础和实际业务需求出发,提出建设基于PLM的三维数字化协同工艺系统,分析了三维数字化工艺的核心需求,研究了三维结构化工艺设计与管理、工艺检验一体化、多专业工艺协同设计、现场工艺执行与更改及工艺资源与工艺知识管理应用等主要内容和关键流程,并描述了由此带来的业务模式创新和变革。可对航天军工行业的数字化工艺系统建设和数字化集成制造研究提供有益的借鉴和思路。 |

According to the PDM system and the actual business needs of the enterprise, the paper puts forward the construction of three-dimensional digital collaborative process system based on PLM. The core requirements of 3D digital process are analyzed. The main contents and key processes of 3D structural process design and management, process inspection integration, collaborative design of multi professional process, site process execution and change, process resources and process knowledge management and application are studied, and the resulting business model innovation and change are described. The research can provide useful reference for the construction of digital technology system and digital integrated manufacturing of aerospace industry. |
