基于CREO三维设计软件,利用Pro/TOOLKIT和MFC编程技术,设计开发出带有干涉检查的虚拟装配路径规划功能模块。在已知装配体数模的基础上,利用矩阵变换技术规划出产品的拆卸过程,设有干涉检查保证整个拆卸过程安全无误,并将拆卸过程反演形成装配动画,指导装配。虚拟装配路径规划技术保证了航天器产品装配过程的安全性,同时能显著提高装配效率。 |

Abstract: |
Based on CREO software, a module of virtual assembly path planning with interference checking is developed by Pro/TOOLKIT and MFC programming technique. The disassembly process of product can be calculated by the technique of matrix transform based on its digital model. Interference checking can ensure the safety during disassembly process. Assembly animation which can guide assembly is formed by the inversion of the disassembly process. The virtual assembly path planning technique can not only ensure the safety during spacecraft product assembly process, but also improve assembly efficiency significantly. |
