针对复合材料方杆成型模,设计了新型限位体系的八瓣模模具结构,通过限位凸轮和端部齿轮来控制成型压力的变化。材料体系选用T700-12k-50C碳纤维,成型工艺选择烘箱固化工艺。通过此成型工艺成功制备出了外形、内部质量满足要求的复合材料方杆,为同类型的产品的生产提供了参考与借鉴。 |

Aiming at the composite square bar forming die, a new type of eight valve mold structure with limit system was designed. The change of molding pressure was controlled by limiting cam and end gear. T700-12k-50c carbon fiber was selected as material system. And oven curing method was selected as molding process. Through this molding process, we successfully fabricated a composite square rod.Its appearance and internal quality meet the requirements of use.It provides a reference for the production of the same type of products. |
